Designing
It all begins with the design process. The craftsman uses the technical drawing sent by the pattern maker to make the actual patterns for the designs. It involves sketching, drafting and grading, pattern making and draping fabric. Designers use a combination of art and science to create different styles.
Sampling
Through sampling, we will create a product in the color and material of your choice, make any changes if required, and adjust it until you are completely satisfied.
Bulk Production
Our dedicated team of workers has years of experience when it comes to cutting, stitching and embroidery. The products that we produce can be found in shops all across U.K ,U.S.A & Canada.Bulk production starts with selecting a pattern, cutting out multiple pieces of fabric then sewing them together by hand or machine. The process continues with attaching buttons, zippers or other fasteners onto the clothing in their appropriate positions.
Quality Check
Our QC(Quality checking ) team remains active right at the time of sourcing of fabric till the final packing of finished garments.At every critical stage, we ensure that the quality/measurements are under control and as per the order sheet. We ensure your personal satisfaction with every product we make. Our extensive inspection process ensures that each item meets the required standard before it ships out to the client.
Packaging
Our packaging team has years of experience in packaging. They use the best packing material and have mastered the art of packing items so that they are not damaged during shipping. All items are neatly folded, fixed barcodes stickers if required packed individually into polybags and boxed before shipping to the final destination.
