Designing
You bring the idea; we bring it to life. Our team works from your reference images, sketches, or existing designs to create accurate patterns and samples. We handle sketching, pattern making, fabric draping, and tech packs. If you're not sure exactly what you want, we can suggest styles based on what's selling in your market right now.
Sampling
Before anything goes into bulk, we create a sample in your chosen fabric and colour. You review it and request changes, and we adjust until you're completely happy. Nothing moves forward until the sample is approved by you. This step protects your order and ensures there are no surprises when your full stock arrives.
Bulk Production
Once your sample is approved, our production team gets to work. We have skilled craftspeople handling cutting, stitching, and embroidery in-house at our Delhi–Noida facility. We produce 40–50 new styles every week and can accommodate both small and large orders. Every piece is made to the same standard as your approved sample; no shortcuts.
Quality Check
Our quality control team is involved at every stage, from fabric sourcing right through to final packing. At each key checkpoint, we verify measurements, finishing, and stitching against your order sheet. We follow UK, US, and Canadian quality standards so your stock is retail-ready when it arrives. If something doesn't pass, it doesn't ship.
Packaging
Every garment is neatly folded, individually packed into polybags, and boxed securely for international shipping. Barcode stickers can be added on request. If your brand has specific packaging instructions like custom tags, tissue paper, or branded boxes, we handle that too. For more on branded packaging, see our White Label service.
